How To Make A Succulent Diffuser?



What are the benefits of growing succulents? In fact, there are many benefits of growing it, such as it can purify the air, release oxygen and absorb carbon dioxide, help to regulate indoor humidity, add different colors to the room, and so on. Here are some tips about how to make a succulent diffuser!

Lava is a porous stone that covers small holes that absorb essential oils and emit aromas. You can drop your favorite essential oil directly on the rocks and enjoy the aroma one day long.




How to make a succulent essential oil diffuser?


Supplies needed:

Ceramic pot
4-6 Succulents
Potting soil
Lava
Essential oil

Steps to make a succulent diffuser bar:


1. First, you need to add potting soil to the bottom of the pot, and put about half of the potted plant.
2. Remove the succulents from the plastic pots and plant them in the pots, 1/2 inch apart from each stem.
3. Continue to add potting soil, mainly around the succulents.
4. Add water and add soil to the pot and stop until the soil level is about 1 inch above the top of the pot.
5. Cover the soil without plants with about 2 inches of lava.
6. Drop 6-8 drops of your favorite essential oil into the lava, paying special attention to avoid plants, roots of plants, etc.
7. Place potted plants near a window or near the sun.
8. According to your own needs, you can repeat the installation of essential oils every 1-2 days.

Bergamot
Or whatever you like

Some advice:

Be sure to choose a ceramic pot with holes in the bottom for better drainage. The size of the pot is not fixed, it is recommended to use a pot of about 4 inches, this size can leave enough room for the rock. If rock is not available, moss can be used instead; or a combination of both.

The watering habits of succulents also need to be understood clearly. Be sure to wait until the soil is completely dry before watering.
